the latest att installment - expect jump-around-the-living-room old skool rave. two parts - around 3 hours recorded.
Ali first got into music after being bought an Abba Album as a kid, which bizarrely led to a healthy interest in Heavy Metal especially AC/DC. A life changing experience followed shortly after listening to Grandmaster Flash on a Sony Walkman and then dovetailed into a short career as a very bad Breakdancer in Somerset (Word). He spent the initial part of the UK Rave scene dodging The RAF Police, playing and partying all over the UK for many years including slots at Glastonbury, Megadog and Rezerection. While in the RAF he helped introduce the sound of Nu Skool Breaks to Newcastle whilst stationed there in 1997, before relocating to Brighton in 2001 where he’s gigged extensively in clubs across town alongside the likes of Happy Mondays, Bugz in the Attic, Gilles Peterson, Josh Wink, Carl Craig and most recently “UK Godfather of Electrofunk” Greg Wilson.
